Shipping policy

We will use up to all of the "shipping and handling fees" to cover the cost of your shipping. Example: if you pay 5$ in shipping we will pay best value in shipping rates (With tracking) to purchase postage. example: For 5.00 we would purchase a $4.90 (If best value) shipping label but not a $ $5.25. Left over amounts will not be refunded. Value is based on time of travel and postal services.
